Description
Ensure effective business development strategy and plan execution for Thomson Reuters Global Trade and Tax software solutions in South Latin America region. Be the link between key stakeholders in the business to guarantee the local capabilities in place for support business growth (Value Proposition, Sales, Product Services, Customer Support, etc.) in alignment with the sales pipeline opportunity. Consolidate the proposition roadmap with local market insights; communicate strategies to sales teams, dialogue with product services to assure the right sizing of resources. · Consolidate with the software factory the value proposition roadmap for South LatAm Region and suggest and align adjustments as necessary, based on local market conditions, resources and priorities· Ensure effective collaboration between value proposition, sales, product services, customer support and marketing.· Support in definition of regional strategy, by identifying new opportunities for growth or improvement· Aggregate and analyze local customer feedback from all the relevant areas in sub-region; generate insight on local customer needs to inform proposition development· Lead local business intelligence· Identify localization requirements for propositions and suggest necessary changes to proposition leads· Lead launch of propositions in local markets, including launch readiness and timing· Collaborate with commercial teams to identify areas for customer retention improvement and design strategies to address needs
Qualifications
- Public Accountant or Engineer. MBA preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience in software industry (Oracle, SAP, IBM,) and positions related (Business Development, PMO, Sales, Consultant)
- Fluent in English language.
