CRM Dashboard and Reporting Analyst
The CRM Dashboard and Reporting Analyst will be a member of the CRM Success team and will play a key role in defining dashboard and reporting strategy and analytics for the businesses during the platform consolidation process. The successful candidate will be able to deliver at both strategic and operational levels.
The primary role of the CRM Dashboard and Reporting Analyst will be to provide an end-to-end data planning and reporting function for the Legal Center of Excellence team to ensure that CRM dashboards and reports are designed and utilized most effectively.
This position will provide support and direction to business stakeholders and help them ensure all user access and system visibility is set up correctly, advise them on how to create reports that meet business needs, and act as the CRM reporting expert and support all reporting questions.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Support and manage access to detailed reports and dashboards for end users.
- Monitor and report on CRM engagement and adoption metrics (Salesforce.com, C9 & related applications).
- Proactively work with Legal COE, Operations, Finance and Sales teams to develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to ensure completeness and continuity of reporting at appropriate levels.
- Work with Legal Data Analysts to assist with data migration / integration efforts.
- Proactively identify opportunities for dashboard, reporting improvements and implement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that impact data analytics as directed by the business.

Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience with data analytics and reporting required.
- 1-3 years of experience with the creation and maintenance of SalesForce.com reports and dashboards, knowledge of the Salesforce data model preferred.
- Consultative, collaborative approach.
- Adaptable to change.
- Substantial experience building productive relationships with internal customers.
- Excellent MS Excel and/or MS Access data manipulation and reporting skills.
- Reporting and analysis background with experience interrogating and manipulating large data sets from disparate sources, including a firm grasp of data quality management principles.
- Inquiring, investigative mindset.
- Experience using SAP Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition or Tableau a plus, Business Objects preferred.
- SQL knowledge preferred.
